HOW QUICKLY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

If your order includes items from our collection, it will ship out within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out the next business day. Orders including apparel, personalized items or custom products made on demand for our customers will take several days for order processing and creation before they ship out. Usually this takes 3-6 days, however during busy times or holiday periods, please allow 3-9 days for order creation and processing before shipment. Some items in our collection are sold and shipped through Amazon.com and for those items please pay attention to the shipping dates and options provided to you during checkout.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, and we offer FREE SHIPPING every day with no minimum order required. (This only applies to items in which you checkout directly from our website. For items sold/shipped via Amazon.com, their shipping costs and timeframes will apply.) Depending on the item ordered, we use US Postal Service, UPS, DHL or FedEx for the majority of our shipments. If your address can only accept a certain type of shipping carrier, please note this ON YOUR ORDER as well as dropping us an email when you place the order to let us know so we can ensure to select the best possible carrier for you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER?

We want you to be a happy customer who loves shopping our store for all of your gift needs, so we will work with you to ensure this happens. Regular collection items can be returned within 15 days of receipt by first contacting us for prior return authorization and we will provide you with instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Any apparel, personalized items or custom orders are FINAL SALE. Please ensure you look closely at the sizing guides before placing your order to ensure you are selecting the correct size. If any items are defective or arrive damaged due to shipping, we will be happy to work with you to replace them. For items ordered via the Amazon website, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for any help needed with your order.
